"I was told everything was fine and that my taxes were completed when I was at the branch located on Manhattan Blvd. in Toledo, Ohio. The tax preparer's name is Cynthia. I was assured that everything was fine and that I would have an answer within 24 hours about whether my taxes were accepted or not. Cynthia never called me. I called multiple times yesterday and she never returned my calls. I called again today and she still would not help me, I had to be serviced by another person because Cynthia couldn't be bothered with it. She also did not disclose to me that there was a free version, and I am aware of the class action lawsuit that H&R Block is involved in as well.. When I was in the office, two days ago, Cynthia had no problem helping other customers and answering the phone for them during our interview, but when I called multiple times, I was ignored. I also applied for the refund advance and Cynthia told me that I would have an answer within 24 hours, I still have not heard back!"
