"I feel like I paid a premium price with a very basic clean. Things missed / not addressed to my level of satisfaction. There were closets that hadn’t been swept, dirt swept underneath the dishwasher, and many drawers and cabinets that still were dirty. I paid for the move in move out price and I wouldn’t personally move into a place looking the way it did. The oven got a very basic rub down (solid surface top still has caked on grime) and the inside still had dirt in it. The cleaners were very nice but just didn’t seem to know how to do a deep clean. I wouldn’t recommend."

"I am extremely happy with the service and the final results. I know that it was a challenging job and was skeptical as the previous owners were shut ins, but when I arrived today and entered, each room was cleaned thoroughly! I am now past the anxiety of moving into a filthy house. All aspects of the experience were great and I'm satisfied with the price as well. I would definitely recommend 2 maids to others and use you in the future."

"I struggled when writing up this review. Our crew was good, but the service we got ultimately was no where close to what my wife and I expected for the cost. The biggest glaring issue was that we felt we could have done the same job, in less time for free. Another issue for us was that the crew was not using professional equipment. The vacuum they used was of a lower grade than we have in our home. When we hired a professional company, we assumed they would be professionally trained and come with equipment we would not normal have in our home. I did share this with the manager after the appointment, as I didn't want this review to come out of left field. But for us, we cannot and will not be recommending this company. And I would strongly advise any looking to use this company, to reconsider."

"We had our first cleaning by 2 Maids yesterday. I thought the job they did was pretty aggressively average. They didn’t empty all the small wastebaskets in the bedrooms upstairs? They also didn’t seem to move shampoo bottles in the shower to clean under them—they just wiped around them? They changed the sheets on our bed but re-made it really sloppily- the fitted sheet wasn’t completely On, the sheets themselves weren’t tucked under the mattress and we’re hanging off the bed and the comforter was on the wrong direction. I’m surprised I haven’t received a satisfaction survey from them yet to give some constructive feedback. That’s kind of concerning. We also never did a walk-through of our house before they showed for the first cleaning. For the price, I was really surprised and disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. Not to mention we were on the every-other clean schedule where our next cleaning would be a “touch up” for the same price! ($116) I was told they charge per square foot of home, not time spent. They were only at our house of an hour yesterday doing the full clean so I couldn’t fathom paying $116 again for half that effort and time, so I cancelled their service."

"Unfortunately I can't recommend Two Maids & A Mop Dublin. Prior to the service day I verified on the phone that I had requested the correct cleaning package (sweep and mop floors, spot cleaning baseboards, etc). As I was expecting company for the weekend, I asked that the cleaning gals focus on the kitchen/ main living room and guest bedroom/bath while ignoring the office, master bedroom, and other areas. With more than halving the sq. footage of my home that needed cleaning (while still paying for the whole house) I expected a quality job but instead came home from work to the same floor dust bunnies and bathroom sink scum that was there before I left. I learned my lesson as I spent my evening sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing and will not be a repeat customer."
