"We needed our main drain cleaned out. We contacted Brown Plumbing in Wilmington. They were not available, but they recommended Gordon Plumbing. We scheduled Gordon's for a Thursday and they said it would be there in the afternoon. I got home Thursday at five o'clock and they hadn't showed up or called to say they weren't coming. I called them and a little while later they called back saying they would be there in half an hour. (I think they forgot us.) They arrived around six o'clock and got the main drain cleaned out. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The next morning we discovered our drain for the clothes washers was now backed up. I call Gordon's and they said they were reviewing their schedule for the week and they would call me back with a date and time. Three days later and no call back. I called them again. No answer. So, I spent Saturday morning cleaning the line out myself. The next Friday I get a call from Gordon's asking if we still needed the washer line cleaned out."
