"Don't believe the pricing estimates on the website for tax returns. They nickel & dime you on every form, even forms that aren't required to be submitted (below the reporting threshold). Nevermind that the original refund estimate I received was 30% of what was owed, and I had to walk the employee through why it was wrong. I should've just paid H&R Block online, as I got no additional value from using this company. Definitely not recommended, nor will I ever use again."

I understand that it’s 4 days prior, but it’s an easy return to file and still within the deadline. I’m a single mom with one dependent. How hard is it? If my laptop didn’t break I would’ve filed myself. And nonetheless, why would a business have a sign advertising that they do tax returns, if there was no guarantee they could perform the service??? Not coming back here."
