"After using Zappitelli Financial services for years, I stopped in to pay an invoice and pick up payroll documents for 2023. I was promised return phone calls from Carol throughout the year and after not receiving a response felt a personal visit at the Concord office would expedite resolution. Several individuals finally came to the window to assist when Mr. Zappitelli entered the Lobby and asked me to leave the premises. I have never been asked to leave an establishment and immediately complied, ending my visit. Completely shocked that a professional accounting business would treat any client in such a manner. I am not big on reviews but after looking into the business reputation I felt obligated."
