"I understand that the company is under new ownership but they should’ve changed the name if they weren’t planning on fixing the past owner’s mistakes. My septic was pumped in March (I have a receipt) and found out today that It wasn’t emptied on both sides. They refused to fix it but said they would come pump it again for another $265. No thanks! BBB will be get my complaint too."
