"I applied for a job there and the lady told me she only cared if I had thefts or violence on my record,which I do not,however I had sum minor traffic infractions,and she used that to deny me employment,she was also an hour late to do my paperwork after antagonizing me about I better have gas money to get there,I was half hour rarly.she would not return my calls or messages.Not professional at all."

"Diana was very respectful, helpful and responsive in all communication. My husband has been overseas, so I have been overwhelmed with three young children, working and deep cleaning took a back burner. Diana really scrubbed my house and got to places I haven’t been able to get to a long time. Her prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of work she did! "DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are over priced, none of the house cleaners work for them. They pay them 50% if that and they keep the rest just for setting up appointments and nothing else. The poor housekeepers whom are not given proper instructions are not equipped for luxury homes. She ruined our floors. After 4 hours in an empty house,we had to clean ourselves once she was done and after complaining to management whom could care less that we were not happy. Management didn’t care they wanted us to work it out with housecleaner who is overworked, poorly trained and informed and any discount for poor work due to poor communication from management is their housekeeper not Manegement responsibility. I don’t know why anyone would work with or for this company. The people who lose are those us who hire them and the ladies who are under paid and are not even allowed to share phone numbers with clients to work directly with clients. AVOID using Emerald extremely lackluster referral service. Save your money. This company is the absolute worst. Use at your own risk. Poor reviews are real."

"I recently contacted Emerald House cleaning and had a delightful experience starting with my first call to the business, followed by the quality of the people who cleaned our house and their attention to detail. I initially contacted the owner, Diana, to get an estimate. She came to my house and spent over a half hour with me going waking through the house. She asked for my expectations for different areas and offered her suggestions, explaining how her team would make sure areas are clean. I was quite impressed at the time she spent with me, especially for a modest size 2-bedroom single floor home. I obtained several other estimates before hiring Emerald and the thing that sold-me was the friendliness of the owner, her interest in the job and her accessibility when I needed to communicate with her. Once I decided to hire her company, we worked out a schedule that fit my needs. Today was the first “cleaning-day.” Our team of Tara and Mandy arrived on time, introduced themselves and we did a walk-through the house. They had some notes from Diana and pretty much knew what we wanted. We talked about what cleaning products they would use on our wood floors, granite countertops etc. We have a small dog, and they were quite comfortable with her. At the end of the cleaning, Tara and Mandy checked with us to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction."
