"I called on Monday to get a quote on cleaning area rugs. The young female employee gave me a quote of $17.00 for a 6x6 rug. I thought that was great and told several people how great this sounded. I dropped off two rugs. Picked them up this morning and had to pay $52 per rug. I told them I was quoted $17 and the employee today said “I don’t know who told you that but it’s $52 per rug”. I wasn’t happy because I wouldn’t have invested that much in these rugs but just thought it was a mistake. Then I noticed that the rugs have dog hair all over the back of them. The employee told me they only clean one side of the rugs. I told her I wasn’t very happy about this, but paid her and proceeded to take the rugs out to my car. I did not say anything, not even thank you. The little smarty-pants girl said “you’re welcome” in a rude manner. Basically taunting me. I did not thank her, because I wasn’t very happy, but I never said anything rude. I would urge the owner of EZ cleaners to teach your young female employee about manners and respect. Also, I would expect the entire rug to be clean for $52."
