"Do NOT go here unless you want to wait 3+months to be told you will have to wait longer. Had an estimate in early November, was put on the books for middle of January for some front end damage to my SUV. Called a week prior to make sure everything was good to go for my appointment. Only to an hour later receive a call telling me that they just ordered parts and it would be ANOTHER month before the parts can even come in. I called another shop and they're able to get me in early next week WITH the parts. This shop is not helpful and only created more stress and hassle for me."

"The friendliest people are at this repair shop! I was traveling to Findlay from out of town and had been rear ended along the way. My sister, who lives in Findlay, called this repair shop to see if they could look at my car the next morning to help determine if enough damage was done that might prevent me from being able to drive the car back home after the weekend. I went this morning and the gentleman who helped me was the same one who spoke with my sister the previous day. He promptly looked at my car and got on the ground to ensure what was “leaking” from underneath was truly just condensation. He was incredibly friendly, competent, and confident. He reassured that the car had only cosmetic damage and would be safe to drive back to my home state. Since I do not live here, I’m hopeful I will not be in need of a repair in this town, but if I ever did I’d absolutely visit this place. My sister and her family will be using this body shop as well.
