"I knew I wanted a sleep number bed before I went in, but it was important to me to try it and find out all the details in person. I would not have gotten the same experience had I ordered it online or possibly the savings because of holiday deals. I also appreciate that they don't have high pressure salespeople. Amy was a delight to work with. Now just anxiously waiting for the bed to be delivered!"

"Horrible customer service. Our bed was supposed to come today between 2 & 5. They called at 242 and told us they would not be coming due to a scheduling conflict. We told that we had gotten rid of our bed the night before but they didn’t care. They told us they would come in 2 weeks and that is the best they could do. I talked to a couple customer service reps and they had no interest in helping us out. Good luck"

Amie and Cyndi were incredible, charismatic, kind and very knowledgeable. I felt not only listened to, but actually heard. I can't wait to get my sleepnumber bed and go back in to tell them all about my experience. I would recommend this store to everyone!
