"My truck wouldn't start, so I called J&J. They were able to take a payment over the phone which was super convenient, because most places asked for cash and I don't carry that much cash on me to cover a tow. Once I hung the phone up from a very nice lady that answered ( didnt catch her name) at J&J it only took them 25 minutes to arrive. That was super quick in my opinion. Ed came out called me as he arrived, got me hooked right up. He was super friendly and polite. I rode in his truck which was super clean and comfortably warm. He backed my truck in my driveway right up to where I requested and sat it down. Truly a fast and friendly set of employees. The cost for the tow was really fairly priced and the rates were outlined when I requested the service, no hidden fees. I will recommend J&J Towing to anybody who asks."
