"Im grateful they fixed my pipes... im angry i was charged days later for 137 for them just to come in 5 minutes and turn a knob for my pilot light. I should have google it. I feel like a fool for that. Granted the Columbian gas man said he turned in on originally so i called and left a complaint and an email over the fact Columbian gas lied in the first place about turning my hot water back on."

"Had a guy come look at job and give me estimates on a few jobs. Turnoff valve and install a new toilet. Quoted around 2 hours. Charged me 3.5 hours labor and $162 in parts. Change out whole house water filter. Charged me 2.5 hours which 45 minutes of trying to talk me out of installing it saying he hadn't installed one like this before. Plumbing was already there from last one and brackets. He didn't even use parts that came with it. One guy left after he was finished with bathroom for over 1/2 hour and they Charged me for that time also. Had to have them come back because toilet kept running. I will not be using them again"

"The 2-man team, 1 of who was the owner, came out on Christmas Eve, which was a Saturday as well! They were able to get us up and our furnace working within 30 minutes! And they didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service call! Would definitely recommend them!!"
