"Scam artist. First he told me to go to his shop the next morning and he could tell me what they found. After going where he told me the building was unkept and empty. Picked up a paper from the ground and it was an eviction notice where he was four months behind on his rent. He had my keys and my truck so I was lost and worried about what to do.was heading to Pennsylvania that day for a week and was worried about my truck the whole time. He wouldn’t answer my phone calls or return my messages Spent the whole week worrying. Finally the day we were to come back he sends me a text and tells me the new part from o’Riley’s was five hundred dollars but with his discount he got it for three hundred. The part and labor he charged me 550. That would not have been bad if he actually put on a new part. A week after getting my truck back it went out again and I called him time after Time all day to let him know the part was out and that I needed the receipt to return the part for warranty and he still never returned my calls or text. I bought another part and took the old one to O’Reillys and asked them about it and they said it was not a new part. They said it looked like he removed it and messed with it and got it running and put it back on, they took a new part and got it out of the box to show me and you could definitely tell the difference . I ended up climbing underneath it and putting the new part on myself finding that of the three bolts that hold it on only two were in it. I had to go buy another Bolt to attach the new one with. It’s been working correctly for the last three weeks with no problems. Also, I made numerous trips to his house where I ended up picking up my truck at to find out he was working on cars from his personal garage. Now he has moved. No one lives in the house anymore, and I have no clue where he’s at. He ripped me off and I had to learn my lesson. Please please do not do business with this guy because he is a scam artist. Ask the people he rented his shop from And they will tell you the same . I wish I knew where he moved to so I could pass that on to the people from his shop that he owes money to."

"Do not use them unless you want to be taken advantage of. Michael will be nice and get whatever money he can from you, but then once he has your money he won't return your calls. My car Sat for weeks at their place without contacting me back. I am from out of state and was without my vehicle for a month. I had to call the business next to them to see if my car was outside so I could have it towed to the dealership. On a positive note, take your car to LaRichie Chevy down the road. They are honest and actually communicate well. Call your insurance and get a tow before using this place ever!"

"Terrible service, scammed me out of $100. They came to my location to fix a dead battery in my car. Land's tested my battery with his tester, said it was dead. For $100 he would be back later, after a funeral he was going to. Then he would remove the battery , which requires a special tool to remove, and put a new battery in for me. I give him $100 cash at that time. They left and never came back. Leaving me with no transportation. I called and texted him all day. His business number and he never answered. Don't use this business they will charge you $100 to show up but not fix your car and leave you stranded where you are. His tester is the same thing they do at AutoZone for free . His business is like 5 min from my location at the time. Shame I fell for such scammers."

"I was extremely impressed with Michael, I am usually a DIY dad, my kid is student and works part time, and her alternator stopped charging her battery, I drove up from Columbus with a handful of tools, on a cold Saturday afternoon, popped the hood and knew, I am not the right guy for this job!! After calling the few shops still open and knowing they couldn’t do anything until Monday or Tuesday, I called Lands, Michael understood our situation and urgency, he immediately responded with a more than fair quote and an accurate time frame to complete. We went to the deli had a sandwich,played a few pinball machines and then Michael called right on time, thanks for turning a bad day into a great memory."

"Mike replaced my alternator when my battery died. He offered to come to my house on the evening I had called. He did a great job and had it taken care of that evening. Great service and a great price! I’ll absolutely look to him for future work."
