"Retrieved U-Haul from them. Went to the U-Haul and it was left unlocked. Opened the door and it smells like something died in it. It smelled awful and it was filthy. Previous renter had an animal inside and they never cleaned it out. Service airbag light on inside, headlights are pointed inward so far it barely lights up the road and the lever to the seat is broken so I have to drive 10 hours with my seat so far back I can barely reach the gas pedal. Called them to see if they could maybe even clean it for us and was told that isn’t their job and someone could have possibly squatted in it in between rentals and wasn’t their problem. Horrible customer service and spent our 2 hours we were supposed to be loading and moving, going to Walmart purchasing cleaning supplies and scrubbing the thing down in the parking lot. Awful awful awful experience with getting a U-Haul at this location!!!!"
