"UPDATE: They came out today and did a much better job and fixed what they missed the first time. I spoke with the owner, she and I both set expectations which was extremely helpful. I have only used personal home cleaners before and never a professional service. They walked me through some of the harder things to clean and were very involved in asking what I was looking for. Make sure you're an active part of you service to avoid any issues, but you will be satisfied if you do. Do not hire, they give you a base price then nickel and dime you even to empty out your garbage cans. The level of service for even the additional upgrades I paid for such as cleaning the oven was not worth the price. Do not be fooled. Nothing was moved to be vacuumed or mopped around. Long story short, out red a haphazard speedy clean that didn't really clean much. When I notified the company that I was unhappy they charged me and then started ignoring me."
