"Ordered carpet in may 2019 and they never I never received it. I called 3 times and every time I called they told me I'll call the company to see how much longer it will be and call you back, they never ever called back. The carpet layer called to make sure the size was correct and I told him I talked to them 3 times and they were to find out when it would be delivered and call me back and they never ever called back. He said he was sorry about that and that he would call and find out what was going on and call me back, well nope he didn't call back either. I dont get it if the job wasn't making them enough money they should have just said they couldn't do it, I don't know what else it could have been. Glad I didn't pay up front she said not to until it came in. Here it is September and they never called one time. I was wanting my family room carpeted and kitchen and dinning room with planks. I called dalton Georgia and ordered the exact samething I wanted them to order and saved half, and its all in, the whole house is done now. They just got me behind a couple months, but I save big time With what I was going to pay them. I got 2 rooms in Georgia for what they were going to charge for one. I just had to pay shipping and picked it up in Indianapolis."
