"Originally I had issues getting any service in the store, ignored by all employees. After a call to the parent company, James Flooring in Springfield and talking with owner Brandon, I felt better. Met with his wife, very nice lady, who showed me the products etc. I felt much better afterwards. After measuring and miscommunication between me and the company, the installer came and there were issues. Three days later I call company and basically was spoken to by the owner who was very rude and dismissing. This was a good company with previous owners, had my whole house done. This experience was miserable and do not recommend the company to any one. I should have listened to the people who told me not to go there."

"Very helpful staff. Ordered a considerable amount of carpet they thought they were going to have to order. They called me back a few hours after I purchased the order saying they had it in stock and we're going to refund me the difference bc they didn't have to special order it. I wouldn't have known and it shows a lot of integrity to call and give me money back. Will buy again!"
