John came over the next day to reattach the hot water in the kitchen faucet. Professional, courteous, communicative as to what and why this was needed, to final review with us. A very good team."

"PuroClean is simply Top Notch. On Friday January 19, 2024 at 5:00am I found our basement flooded by a Geothermal Heating System malfunction. 2 1/4 inches of water, with area rugs floating, and tools and supplies underwater. My insurance agent recommeded PuroClean, and mentioned that they were also less than a five minute drive from our house. I guess I had always seen the sign, but didnt really know what they do there. I would like to tell anyone interested, if you Ever need a professional cleaning or water removal company, these folks are Amazing! I called their office as soon as my agent gave me their number, Vickie set up an account for me, and within One Hour, Brandon and Evan showed up at our house, with everything they woukd need to not only remove the water, and damaged goods, and tools, and carpets, and ruined stored food items, from our basement, they also put dowm anyi-microbial powders, and set up dehumidifiers, and industial sized fans and advised me how to stay way ahead of the possibilities of mold, and further damage. They Were Excellent! They worked with Stephanie gor the wuote, which seemed very reasonable, and they stayed with me that day until everything that could possibly be done that day was done, until about 8:00 at night. Even as any potential problem or setback reared up, Brandon and Evan stayed In It, and worked through every single difficulty, with amazing attitudes and professionalism, and compassion,- and explaining everything that they were doing for us, and why. They were just incredibly helpful, careful, and thoughful, and even at tge end of that day, didn’t want to leave until they made sure every question I had was answered! Then they also made sure I knew they would be checking in on us across the next several days, as things wete drying out with their machines,- which they did! Later, Cathy and Phil helped as well, with their knowledge and support. Just a fantastic team of professionals! Steve Kozlowski"
