I thought she was just going to quickly look at the picture but instead required me to VERIFY MY ADDRESS. Not only was this completely unprofessional but an invasion of privacy. I am very angry that now she knows my personal information as well as others who maybe have been listening around me. I will never be doing business with them again and suggest you do the same if you want to protect your personal information"

After my grandmother's passing, there was an accumulation of decades of possessions that needed to be hauled away, and the house needed deep cleaning as age and mobility issues affected the home's condition over the years. I hired Margie and team again 6 months later to swap furniture from the living room to the den and vice versa, and she managed to fit in a touch-up deep clean with the schedule being booked out months in advance. The cleaning service has helped revitalize my grandpa in the wake of losing his beloved wife. He looks around the house and marvels, and says he feels that she is all around him with all of her decorating touches being displayed once again. He enjoys having guests visit again. I was able to manage all of this from my home in Washington state with my grandfather and grieving cousin remaining in place in the home, thanks to Margie's professionalism -- part cleaning expert/part psychologist -- and excellent communication with me at key points of the cleaning service process.
