"I was a manager for them, years ago & he (Jim) was the most unprofessional & abusive person to work under. He would not get us supplies (after multiple requests). We had nothing to clean with at times & no working vacuums. Corporate came & saw it for themselves, got us new stuff but the following weeks/month no supplies again. He tried withholding my raise from me after I was promoted. When I called corporate about having my pay rightfully fixed & back dated is when he got upset with me & apparently decided we were at War. When I was forced to call corporate about the supplies on at least 2 different occasions he got upset with me. He would write rude & condescending emails. I had to find people to fill the revolving door positions (instead of HR hiring people) which it looks like they still have people doing. When we were EXTREMELY short staffed (which was often) people would have to work overtime in which he would incessantly call & complain to me about, on the daily. It was either that or the store wouldn’t be covered but he didn’t care, still called to harrass me. When I was up for the GM position he did not like that AT ALL. We were writing back and forth about pay negotiations (I had to deal with him) & when I was waiting for a reply from him he didn’t respond & then went & filled the position with another manager from another store that had only been there a week or 2, with no previous experience, he just didn’t want it to be me, but like I said he had it out for me from day 1 with the raise thing. In the end after my departure he tried denying my unemployment. I had to have 3 other employees including the previous GM write letters to UIA informing them of all the harassment & details of the true situation. I was rightfully awarded my unemployment benefits but not before Jim got word of my challenging the denial & proceeded to call & text me as well as having the new GM call & text me. In the end the (high end) store fired KBS & got a new cleaning company to take over there store. This was all due to Jim’s incompetence, failure to do his job(including simply ordering supplies), harassing & demeaning hard working employees etc…I’m positive he has lost them more than just that account as well. So, I don’t know if the guy is a family member of the higher ups or what, but I find it absolutely insane that they still haven’t gotten rid of him. These are just SOME of the examples, there are many more of having to work with such a nasty person. I do want to say the people in HR/Corporate were always friendly & helpful to deal with. My experience with the company probably wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t for him & hopefully he doesn’t completely put KBS out of business (in the areas under his authority). Who knows maybe they got him to get it together, by now. Still doesn’t change he’s a bad human. If you are the one that has to work with him i feel for you, I wish you the best of luck & prayers to you!!!"

"These people who are telling u this company is a joke & they don't care about their employees is correct. They lie to Amazon all the time about hiring people& people are onsight when they only had 3 people working just to cover their***. I just left this place because they cheat you out your money and your pride. Other employees I talked to quit because they weren't being paid either & the Boss/ Manager gave them the "I will take care of it" but you won't get your money till the next paycheck. I worked at the Amazon building on Reynolds Rd. They treated me better & had more respect for me then kbs the actual people I worked for. Please if you are considering working here don't look somewhere else. They don't care about you as a person only what you can do for them. You will be treated like a joke. I gave it 1star but it doesn't deserve it. TRUE FACTS!!"
