Destiny is also rude and continued to harrass me and call names also calling my mother who lived 45min away. Why she is a manager is beyond me."

"Moved to town and needed a washer and dryer so I went to Aaron’s, even after reading the reviews and friends telling me not to. They promised they were new units but on the first load of clothes going through I saw a handful of roaches fleeing the machines. If I am 1 day late they will call me and my family 4-5x back to back, I spoke to the manager Ashley about scheduling a time for them to come pick them up and told her the weekdays between 5-7 would be perfect and her words were “I only let paying customers dictate what I do”. I told her that then would have to be the times or no one will be there to let them in to get it, she told me that they will continue to show up and call until they get their merchandise on their scheduled time and not the time I’m trying to have them come. Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THE AARONS ON ALLENTOWN RD, Lima Ohio."
