To be fair, it was a month before Christmas, but would've appreciated some communication about it taking so long. Other than that, the dress looks nice and seems clean."

"Took 6 pannels of drapes here. When we got them back they were snagged , but one was really bad. My husband took two pannels back for them to look at. They advised him to go back to JCPennys. Pennys says it looks like the heat was too high, when they were cleaned, but happily replaced them. They advised us to find different cleaner, which I was already going to do. Tried to call cleanern to let them know story and no answer."
