"The company owner showed up late to our appointment for a quote. He came in, took a 15 second look into the attic and said wood and insulation would need cleaned and replaced. We then went outside where he looked at the home exterior from the ground with binoculars. He then left, total time at property was around 15-20 minutes. About a week later I receive a bill for the quote itself. $267.05! When I called to question if there was a mistake, owner said nope, he said that he told me there would be a cost to the estimate. Frankly, I cannot remember if it was mentioned prior but in any case, buyer beware. Average cost to have this service quoted, for just the quote is $60 in this area. After all this, it was also brought up that it's possible that the business does not have the proper licenses for my bat problem."
