"I called and spoke with a guy named jack and he was extremely rude. The only words I said was "I'm looking for an oven sensor for a GE stove" and he was sooooo inconsiderate and rude the lady that answered the phone wasnt plesent either. I'm not sure if theres a beef with GE and morans but good gracious"

"We bought the most beautiful Whirlpool gas range that also has a convection selection and airfryer. We were given a price break, they delivered it, installed it and hauled away the old one and were competitive in pricing with big box stores. They will also service what they sell. My only complaint and warning to buyers, cover your floors for delivery. I put towels down over my carpet but nothing over the vinyl plank floors in the kitchen. One of the delivery men pushed the range over the floor and scraped the top of the vinyl. I colored in the scrape with paint and sprayed flat matte polyurethane over the top of the scratch and it looks fine. I wish now I would have put some cardboard down…I am looking forward to many meals on my new range!!"

"Bought a Dryer. Very helpful sales and when it was delivered they hooked it up for. My wife had questions about how to run it on no heat and called the sales person and she walked my wife through how to do it."

The sales people were polite ..but when the lid locked on Moms washer and it came to repair..Jack was Literally a Joke to talk to ..Acted like we were not in their system..and told me he didn’t know what to tell me..so how’s tht when it’s only been maybe a year or so ago.. He was Very Rude and needless to say we will Never buy from them again and Spreading the Word!! Jack is very Unprofessional and DisRespectful !!"
