"Waited from 1/28/24 when they came to diagnose crack in pipe problem in summer kitchen bathroom. Said no problem easy quick fix. Was here for .25 hour paid over $220 .. Still on 2/22/24 could not come to fix. Multiple phone calls. Got nowhere.(but today did say they could be here in few more weeks) was told total will be just under $400.water softener has been out clothes all rusty ,toilets and showers. From being without water softener for a month .Hiring a different plumber to come fix. Refuse to give any refunds say that that was for my services. Only thing done was just diagnosed problem."
