"I read the reviews and really hoped Dusty Brothers could help. I took the morning off, waited their 2 hr time frame and no one ever came to my door to even let me know they were here to assess. I text them when I saw them leave and they replied "I would have contacted you when the technicians returned." Even then, not given any reason other than "its not a job my technicians can take on." I asked them to put a chimney cap on or replace with a new one. The reviews make it seem as if that is something this company is capable of. It's fine if they can't do it but when putting chimney caps on is part of your job and you say you can't do it, please let a customer know why so they can let the next qualified person know before committing anymore time. Maybe this review will garner more of a reason."

"My chimney capper blew of on Fridays Feb 3rds high winds,called that afternoon. Appointment scheduled for Feb 8th.Two men came on time,had the cap replaced in 15 minutes.Great service!"

"Dusty Brothers came out to clean our two fireplaces a couple days before Christmas 2022 and were absolutely fantastic! Both of the technicians were extremely attentive and communicative. One fireplace was extremely dirty and we were given pointers for the future, the other they showed was in impeccable shape and advised not to clean until we used it further. That was extremely honorable and such a wonderful way to ensure return business. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased and our fireplace has never looked better. I highly encourage anyone looking for chimney/fireplace work to look these guys up! Local is always best and these gentlemen set the bar! Thanks Dusty Brothers!"
