"To be honest I was very disappointed with my service. I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned, spot checked and than pressed. I was told it would be three weeks for cleaning and press. When order came in the dress looked exactly the same, except now the stains are pressed in. No notes about dress were stated upon pick up. Knowing my daughter couldn't wear dress like this, I did a shot in the dark to clean myself. I started with basic vinegar and baking soda. The yellowing and stains start to disappear, long story short I cleaned the dress. Phoned about my disappointment in their cleaning, explaining I had cleaned said stains out of dress. I was phoned by manager and was told they would check what happened. The next day was told due to the material of dress was not cleaned the same way. Asked if there was a problem with cleaning, why would you not contact or write something on ticket in regards to problem with cleaning? Unfortunately then the dress was pressed dirty. Thankfully I got the stains out and the seamstress will press. I was given a refund of 1/3 of what I payed for a cleaning and press. As I said very disappointed."

"I will not be using these cleaners again. I asked for medium starch on my shirt and jeans. They got the pockets and some what of the collar. As for the sleeves, safe too say there was now crease or starch. As for my jeans. Isn't it standard to crease the jeans down the middle. I guess not here. They starched the pants but pressed them with no crease down the center of the leg. I have had new jeans laundered and pressed before and never had to ask for a center crease."

"Several weeks ago I dropped (3) men's suites off at the Peerless Angola, IN. location. I live in Angola and work in Ft Wayne. An event came up that I desperately needed one of the suites at my work place in Ft Wayne. I contacted Stacy, who was our previous Peerless Rep at my work place, and she personally brought a suite from Angola to my work place in Ft Wayne SAVING the DAY !! I am so thankful to Stacy and Rhonda (at Angola) for their dedication to providing excellent customer service well beyond the norm !! Thanks again !!
