"Friendly helpful staff. Mr Geise fixed the heat in my daughter's car for a fair price. We appreciate his knowledge and expertise."
"Great service. Was very happy with them diagnosing and fixing our van. Got us in quick and was reasonablely priced. Will go back"
"Had break work done and a oil change done the bill was suppost to been $300.00 and some change we ask them to call if the bill was going to be more they took it on them selfs and repair the front breaks to the back ones was the only one made any noise this isn't the first time they have done this this bill was $770.00 the other time was a seal in a vehical the work was good craftsmanship and there was a note wrote on the work slip to call if there was going to be other charges so make sure they know what you want before getting work done what would have happen if we didn't have the money to pay for it by law you couldn't put use breaks on a vehical"
"After a $2,000 transmission rebuild, I put 20k easy miles on the truck. Yeah, the rebuild was 3 years ago, but these were easy miles as I usually only use the truck for the ice and snow, not pulling any trailers. It recently started shifting funny so I dropped the pan to swap out the fluid and filter.....only to find huge chunks of metal in the bottom of the pan. Now I see why their warranty period is so small. I would expect a full rebuild to last for more miles than that, but I guess that's how it goes."
"Very disappointed. 1st time going here and service was not as expected. Told them I needed car by Thursday so son could return to college, and if they couldn't do it, I would take it somewhere else. They called with 18 minutes till close. Then when we picked it up Friday, we were told they replaced the front end steering parts instead of just the joints. They said parts cost more, but saved on labor .. I would be OK with that.. If we were able to have it Thursday. Then as my son drives down the road .. The steering wheel isn't straight .. It's a pain to drive like that ( picture is when wheels are straight): EDIT/UPDATE. Denny took the car back in and looked at it. He test drove it, and could see, and acknowledged the issue. He did put it back on the rack to see what he could do. Said there are no adjustments that can be made and that the parts they put in were probably shorter or longer by just a little than the original parts. I can understand that. He says if I get it aligned, that will fix the issue ( even though it goes down the road straight as an arrow). Even though it is not fixed, I am satisfied that he did what he could do, and the next step is to get is aligned."
