"Horrible experience. Appointment was at 7:00am tech didn't show up until 7:15. Told me it'd be a 30-35min wait. An hour later they tell me they don't have the tire that I ordered from their website and already paid for. They couldn't give me a refund and wanted me to buy a different, more expensive tire that they had in store. After an hour and a half I left with the bad tire back on my car and a piece of paper with my order on it so I could go fetch my own refund."

"I really appreciate these guys at the Van Wert Wal-Mart Auto Care Centre. Tires are expensive, and i feel like you can get a good balance of Quality & Price here. I do have to laugh at the negative reviews, though. The poor people that have to wait for "minutes on end". Competitive businesses today cannot have a bunch of fluff, we've all had to trim corners and slim down our workforces. You have to wait for a technician for 10-15 minutes? Well, they're likely out on the floor helping out the other technicians. They don't have anyone twiddling their thumbs at this desk. Tips to Reduce Wait Time: Try asking for an Auto Care Representative from a passing Wal-Mart employee. Try Calling the Auto Care Phone from your phone. Try Staring into the garage floor. Make eye contact with someone. Waving your hands (nicely) maybe? Stand up! Be noticed! As far as wait time after you've been helped.. Just because you don't see anyone sitting there, DOESN'T mean you're at the top of the list. Any Wal-Mart i have ever been to, you go walking about the store. Rather boring to just sit there, unless they have some good coffee on. ...but for some, the sun rises and sets ..with them at the galaxy's centre."
