"Idler pulley broke on a Sunday. Towed it to Pierce's (my parents live across the street) Monday I called and explained and was told they were booked for a week but would keep in touch Monday around 11 they said they could get to work on it the following day. Around 410 pm Monday afternoon they called and said it was done. Was extremely happy with communication and the service was much quicker than initially planned"
"Always 5 star service Russ Pierce is a great man. Straight shooter will never do you wrong!"
"WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! CON ARTISTS!!!!! I guarantee these few good reviews are made by the owners. EVERY SINGLE PERSON ive ever asked about this place has horror stories!!! I myself had a car damaged badly when sent in for a simple repair. A friend of mine, right now, just got his truck back, unfixed after 3 tries. He now has to being it somewhere else. Unless you want a headache and nightmare to deal with, do yourself a favor. Do not use this place or just junk yard your car now."
"My car has always had problems with cold weather. Every winter, once the weather gets down below 15 degrees or so, the engine will turn over but it won't start. Over the past three winters I've owned the car, I've taken it to two different shops, and each time they charged me hundreds of dollars and said they'd fixed the problem, only for it to happen again. Until I took it to Pierce. Pierce examined the car, fixed it up, charged me less than $150 including parts and labor, and gave me a detailed sheet with everything they found problems with and what they fixed - in accessible language that even me, who only recently learned cars have more than one dipstick under the hood, could understand. And I haven't had a problem with my car starting since. The weather today was a high of -5 degrees (yes, with a negative sign), and my car started even easier than my housemate's brand new 2018 Toyota. I don't know what they did differently from the other shops I took my car to, but they completely fixed the problem and I am extremely happy with their work."
"I was stranded with a down-and-out alternator. They were able to fit me in for a same day repair. The part itself was pricey, but the labor charge was more than fair. They really helped me out that day."
