"Purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan. Test drive seemed fine. A day or 2 later wife and daughter state “not running right”. I took it back and told them my issues. I have a 50/50 warranty so they said they changed coil and spark plug. Paid $71. Drove it home, noticed nothing changed. Had auto servant hook it up to a computer and it said cylinder 6 not firing. Took back to Dietsch, they said they did a whole bunch of things charged me $211. Still not fixed. Took it to Auto Servant AGAIN, computer said cylinder 6 not firing. Took to Tom a 3rd time and he have me the 3rd degree! “What are you expecting! It’s a 2012!” I said well I have a 50/50 warranty so I’d rather pay 50% to you not 100% to someone else. He said he’s done all he can do. Took to auto servant to get it fixed out of my own pocket, Joe said 6 cylinder is shot, spark plug was loose, coil was cracked (didn’t look new), compression very low. Of course I call Tom he says let me call you back...... 2 days later Tom said compression was at 142, coil was replaced, spark plug replaced. All bs. Having Auto servant doing all the work. $2200 out of pocket!! Cylinder head bad. Called Tom he said “bring me the head, I’ll have my guy fix it and give back to you with new gaskets”. Joe at auto servant says “he wants me to do all the work, keep your van in one of my bays, while it gets the easy job, you’re still paying me the labor, Tom isn’t doing you a favor”. I called Tom, he said he would call Auto Servant and work something out. Never did. 1 week later I called Tom and he said he called an attorney???? said he’s done and hung up on me. I called back and said “this is how you treat your customers?” “I’m just asking for you to do the right thing” I brought up 50/50 warranty and he went off on me “You and that stupid 50/50 warranty!” Never will recommend or do business there again. Said he has 48 years of experience. Very surprised."

"Seemed like great people and it was a good experience. After holding onto my review for a half year I can say I’m pretty disappointed. The “to good to be true” actually was. The questions I asked and answers I believed are starting to haunt me. Don’t let em fool ya with the warranty and if ya can, bring a mechanic and a body guy when you test drive and look over a vehicle. The warranty that makes you feel better about some issues or future issues you fear, is actually garbage, stressing that one. 1 star because I still have a little faith in humanity..."
