"I have visited the Jiffy Lube in Angola 3 times now. My first visit I had a taillight out. Easy fix, not. The screws were rusted in. The tech came up with an idea that not only worked, but made it easier the next time I needed to change a bulb. My most recent was a routine oil change. The guys were quick to get me back on my way. All were friendly and helpful."

"Highly recommending this jiffy lube in Angola due to my recent experience with the manager Chris Daniel and his great staff. Had an appointment for Dec 19th for new tire install and lube for my classic 89 Trans Am. The tire supplier I used sent the wrong tires to the shop which created a delay. That's when Chris jumped into action to get me replacement tires asap since no one in town had what we needed. After new tires installed promptly and lube work completed we attempted to drive off only to have the classic die out in the street. Chris and his staff jumped into action to push the car out of the street and back into the shop. Within 5 minutes diagnosed that the fuel pump relay is bad and was able to get new replacement parts and have us on the road quickly. So not only did they come thru once.... but twice they went above and beyond to Get the old classic on the road. Highly recommend the great friendly staff and very knowledgeable talent to work in your newer car or classic like mine."

"Just went to Jiffy Lube in Angola for the first time today. What a pleasant experience it was from when I entered the facility. Great bunch of guys were very friendly and greeting us and tending to my vehicle. As a woman I’m very skeptical to go to shops for any mechanical type of work on my vehicle. These guys took the time to explain everything to me and were very detailed in the services they performed on my car. Would highly recommend and looking forward to coming Back to have them service my vehicle for the next oil change"

"The team at JiffyLube 3693 was amazing! We were traveling home from Chicago to Akron, Oh when the car started acting up. I spoke with my mechanic and we figured out the problem with the help, of course, of the AutoZone. When asking them about who could fix it that was close to a hotel, because it was nearly closing time for shops, they suggested the JiffyLube across the street. We got there 5 minutes before they closed. I told them the problem and they asked if I could bring it back in the morning. I said I could if there was a hotel nearby. That’s when the manager said, “Thats a quick job, let’s get her in.” Within minutes they were contacting the AutoZone guys across the street, got the part and changed it out. They were polite, so helpful, had a great sense of humor and irony, and got us out of there and on our way home within half an hour. It would have been faster, but lightning struck nearby and knocked out power, so booting up the computer took some time. I would highly recommend this team to work on any problem you have! They were truly a godsend. A huge thanks to Chris, Mike and the rest of the guys who offered support! You’re the BEST!! They lived up to the sign!"
