"I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been friendly. However January 2017 they have DOUBLED their prices. Reasoning being they are now the same as their fellow stores OVER A HALF HOUR AWAY. Same services, same products but DOUBLE prices. It's a shame when greed takes over a local business."

"I have been going to Tan Spa for a few years now. I have tried other facilities in Kent and Stow/ Streetsboro and none give me a more natural and fast tan like Tan Spa. The prices are higher but honestly pretty comparable to other places around. I would suggest the membership! It is totally worth it. Also I have always received incredible customer service, I feel horrible I don't remember the owners name but she knows my name always asks how I am doing. Now I would never go any place else!"
