"So first of all out of the 3 years that I've been getting massages this have been the best massage my husband and I have had. We get there. We were offered coffee, tea, water and wine. Didn't even know that this was part of the service. They gave us a tour of the whole place and it was so clean and smelled really good. They have hit parts of my body where 15 years and nobody has ever helped me as much as they did. "Everything about Necessity was wonderful. The spa felt cozy, it smelled amazing, the ambiance and lighting was perfect and the best part of all, the massage was great! I received 80minutes of heaven and it was worth every dime. I even purchased a diffuser in hopes to have the same ambiance in my own home. The customer service was awesome. You can truly tell that the staff love what they do. Good customer service is hard to come by and I’m very appreciative of the service that I received today. I highly recommend this place and give it a thumbs up!"
