I had to argue with the manager to get my full treatment when they told me I was late. I showed them two separate messages that said my appointment was 5 minutes later than they claimed. I was made to feel less important than the person that had an appointment at 11:30. Made me feel like all they cared about was keeping their times. If they would have started the treatment I would have been finished in enough time to keep the next person's appointment. I was finished within 6 min of the next appointment time."
