"Don't ever have what people are looking for Owner is very defensive and uses black stereotypes like (baby daddy and baby momma jokes) to sell products and try to relate to black customers.. God forbid you have a conversation in the store both guys will Jump into your conversation unwarranted, owner is very aggressive towards women... Just an over all bad experience won't be shopping here again... micro aggressions and black stereotypes was enough for me"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Man at the counter is loud, pushy and rude. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because he at least gave me store credit for something that was bought as a comparable product to what I sent my partner for. I wanted a specific CREAMY product and he sold us a GEL product. When I went in to return it today he was adamant that it was the same ingredients, it wasn't, and yelled at me throughout my shopping experience, saying that the product I want is probably discontinued, it's not. He took a break from yelling at me to argue with another customer about a wig. You can get much better customer service and product selections at 130th First Class Beauty."
