"Will never attend again. My actual pedicure lasted 10 Minutes. The rest of the time was painting my toes. I think she rubbed one scrub on me for 10 seconds literally. Definitely not worth $55. I got a full set as well was not informed of any of the up charges my full set and 10 minute pedicure was $245.00. When I asked for a breakdown of the total the lady ringing me out started yelling across the salon at the girl doing my pedicure about why she didn’t tell me about $22.00 for chrome and $15.00 for gel, and $55.00 for the worst snowflakes drawn on my hand I’ve ever seen on my life. She refused to give me a breakdown of charges until after I paid. Defeating the purpose. I expect small up charges but over $100 in up charges without being informed is ludicrous then to be laughed at and embarrassed is another level. 10/10 do not recommend."

"Had a great experience at Serenity! My sister and I both had wonderful nail technicians who were efficient and friendly. We made an appointment on the phone and were immediately seated upon arrival for a relaxing pedicure and an immaculate gel manicure. They had a lot of color options, gave us tea and water, and did a great and quick job. Don’t forget cash for a tip, though they helpfully have an ATM on site."

"I've only gotten a couple of pedicures before, so I don't know the standard procedures really, but they were so rough on my poor toes. They pulled out part of my nail and ripped my skin (shown here two days later!) and I've been treating it so it doesn't get infected. It hurts to walk. Plus, there were some unknown fees (a $5 "surcharge" with no explanation). All in all, I had a lot of pain for an ok pedicure."

"I came in for a walk in appointment a month ago and was taken right away. I received a full set of tip and dip and even now is still fully on with no signs of lifting. I have been getting acrylic and dip for over 15 years and this is the longest a set has ever lasted me. Normally my sets start lifting within the first two weeks, so this is amazing for me. The matte top coat has also lasted, which is also uncommon. I highly recommend this salon"

"My mother and I went here for a treat for my birthday. I rarely ever do spa things, so it was an especially fun experience. They were very accommodating and even scheduled an earlier appointment to accommodate us. The venue was peaceful, lovely, and clean. There are tons of paint options. We did the standard manicure and pedicure and found it everything we were looking for! My mother had Lee, and his friendliness, good humor, and attention to detail and her comfort made her day! Johnny, one of the owners did mine and he was extremely professional and did a beautiful job. Everyone was friendly and accommodating . I also appreciated the attention to COVID safety and protocol. I’m pregnant now so I really appreciate the extra care. Wonderful experience and we would definitely go again!"
