"Went in this afternoon to pick up perfume using a Christmas sampler certificate…not only did I receive zero assistance but when I went to the register I was met with a literal “let me see your certificate it might be from Kohl’s” umm okay kid not only can I read all the tattoos on your face I can also read the word Sephora on the certificate I just handed you. It was very much their tone moreso than what was said too. It’s always the purple haired heavily tattooed demanding kindness/acceptance but never offering any isn’t it. Wild"

"I have struggled with rosacea for as long as I can remember and I have had such a hard time finding makeup products that won't break me out. Yesterday I went in not expecting much, but Erica took my experience to another level! She was so thorough, caring, and informative and even provided me with a couple of options and samples to try at home as well as help my mom find some things she wanted. I have never had such a good experience with a beauty tech at any store and she did everything she could to make sure that I found products that I was happy with. Even after she had to leave for the day the other beauty techs picked up where we left off and gave great recommendations. I will definitely be back to this store in the future!"

"The management staff here was very rude and unprofessional. One manager told me something incorrect, and when I went in to get it fixed, another said to me that I should have read and not listened to what the first manager had to say. I find that ridiculous. I reached out to corporate to have the store reach out to me, and I haven’t heard a single thing. Overall, this location has declined in quality and we never shop at this store, partly because of that and partly because the selection is limited compared to other locations in Columbus or Cincinnati."
