"I have always had the best experiences in Sephora @ Kohls on Fields Ertel. I’m pretty sure I have met all of the ladies who work there. Each has been so helpful with helping me find the products needed, and given great recommendations to try new products. The store can be busy at times, and some customers are not the nicest to the staff. Thank you Kailee, Megan, Tara, Riza, Grace, Laila, Barb, and Faith! Keep up the great work ladies! We appreciate all that you do!"

"10/25/23 6:30 pm Not sure if I’m leaving a review for the correct location, I just walked out of Sephora at kohls on Fields Eartel rd. All I wanted was an eye brow pencil, the lady that works there (I believe her name was Kailee) saw me wandering around. She didn’t come up to ask if I needed any help. I thought, well she could be busy. I approached another lady who helped me locate what I needed, she told me to chose the color and then come up to the register so she could check me out. I didn’t see a batch of pencils stocked on the upper shelf so I thought I needed to chose the color from the drawer underneath the tester pencils. All of a sudden Kailee becomes available to come up to me to say “you can’t open our drawers!” in a very rude way. I do realize now that I made a mistake by opening their drawers, but there was no reason to be that rude to me. She could’ve just came up and ask me if I needed help, which she should have done in the very beginning. I did tell her that I wasn’t trying to steal anything and that I just didn’t know where to get that pencil from. Anyway, I am headed to a birthday party now and I will try to forget this little incident, definitely not the best experience, also she could be new and just needs more training."

"Very poorly stocked. One employee was helpful, though I didn’t need help. I’ve been in here twice in a month and they were out of the exact same items and colors. The young woman at the register was not rude, but didn’t really engage. I understand, it’s holiday time, it’s busy, maybe she’s over it, but honestly, this kind of service along with the poor stock situation leads me back to ordering their products online."

"Megan and Riza helped me find a full face of makeup worth of products for a wedding I’m heading to. They were so helpful with matching shades and finding me the best products for my skin type. I’ll come back and shop with them whenever I can!"
