"Customer service is terrible. I placed an order online to have it delivered. The system charged my card but wouldn’t send the order through because of billing issues. I called and tried to have someone manually place the order and was told they couldn’t do that. Then I asked for refund or credit but was told they couldn’t do that either. The first person I spoke with said the charge would fall off in 72hrs. The next person I spoke with told me 8 business days. So now I still don’t have my products unless I’d be willing to pay for it twice. Customer service said they were aware of the issue but there’s no warning about it on the website and they have no policy in place to compensate the customer for a system issue/mistake made by the company. This is bad business. I have been a loyal customer since 2012 but I won’t spend any of my money with this store ever again."
