"The experience was great however I have never had gel nails last only 7 days. I got these done a week ago and I already have 4 whole nails gone. Not being chipped but they are coming off in whole pieces. Worth $45? Nope. Any other place my nails are lasting 2 weeks or more without being chipped. But this is a little extreme. Edited Feb 6 2024. I did not go in on Tuesday. I went in on Thursday again. The mail tech did not speak to me at all other than ask if the color I wanted was what I wanted. My nails lasted maybe 7-8 days this time without chipping then they started to come off. Maybe I am someone who just does a lot of stuff and so my nails chip faster? I have had my nails done before not by this place and they lasted maybe 2 weeks. In my experience, I don’t think it is worth the money for me. I can paint my nails at home with them lasting just as long as they lasted from this company. Thank you for letting me come back in and see if it could be fixed. I do appreciate the time put in."

"I am so happy I found a nail salon that doesn’t smell like chemicals, and that uses vegan and environmentally friendly products. Plus the place is really cute and the technicians are very skilled and friendly. Morgan assisted me and I used a dazzle dry nail polish. The polish feels like gel, it dries quickly, but doesn’t damage the nails. It’s been a week I was there and the polish is still intact, and I am a mom that does lots of bath time and hand washed dishes. It is worth to check this place out!"

"The techs take excellent care and listen. My shape after my most recent visit looks excellent and my nail tech paid so much attention to detail. They were longer but I kept bending them and decided to be proactive and take them down a few centimeters. The IBX treatment I do bi-weekly (and more protein) has saved my natural nails and they have returned to their former glory- which is why I stepped on the door last September (2023). Thank you!"

"I am a bit confused. I scheduled a 1 hour and 15 minute session. I told her what I wanted and had pictures. She said there was not enough time. So I thought the design I wanted would take too long. So we settled to only design 4 nails. I paid the design fee plus a tip and she only took roughly 45-50 minutes. Idk to me this does not look like a ~$70 nail job but it is what it is. I am going to a big event and wanted super cute nails for it, so if i had to pay extra to get exactly what I wanted that would not have been an issue but I was not given that option. The image where only two nails are done is mine and the one with the entire design is what i wanted but with short length. I did not complain mainly because I was confused on why I could not get what I wanted. Maybe this is a weird request? IDK this is my first time getting my nails professionally done. They close at 6pm and my appointment was at 12:45. Edit: Ok I may have booked the wrong option, on their website it says circles and lines are one thing and I wanted one black circle and lines on each hand, however my friend booked a 45 minute simple session and my nails got done before hers, so I know I did not get my full 1.2 that I booked. If cost was an issue, I would have paid the extra free to get my full 1.2 that I booked."

"PAINT is awesome! My nails always look amazing and the customer service is super personable and amazing! They remember you and your preferences along with what’s going on in your life. I had a 6 week old baby with me and they jumped right in to help me feed her because she was super fussy all the sudden. Super great nail polish too and I love pariffin wax add on. 10/10 recommend"
