"Emma who I spoke with on the phone was the nicest and most down to earth person! She was knowledgeable and I didn’t feel as if she was trying to sell me something or reading off a sheet of paper as script as other tanning companies speak to customers. I will be back to palm beach when I’m in need of a self esteem booster as I am pasty in the winter time plus I loved the air brush self tanning machine. Although I did have a streak down my back afterwards which could have been from user error since it was my first time, It wasn’t a deal breaker!"

"Never really have to wait for a bed, rooms are okay as far as cleanliness. Some dust bunnies in the corners and a finger nail was broke off in my bed under the glass one time....weird! Some beds are better than others or the bulbs need switched out sooner to keep at top performance. Staff is friendly."
"They're cancellation/freezing is such a scam! I called at the beginning of one month to cancel and got charged the following month anyway. I called again to clear up the mistake and was informed that you're not able to cancel over the phone and you need to cancel before the first of the month. I go in there before the 1st but I'm still going to be charged for an additional month again! Because It wasn't canceled before the 25th! 3 months of not using them trying to cancel and they have charged me every time!"
"Well I've changed here for years now they're telling me I can't tan because I owe on $130 when I called and told him I work at Pepsi and I was going to Florida I wouldn't be there the one manager was girl was really rude to me and said that you can't tan here anymore and you have to buy a dollar bottle I've been here for years the other location that closed down to"
