"I purchased foundation at the Troy location and exchanged for a different shade. I didn't have my receipt and the owner happily exchanged for me. When I got home the shade was not right. I tried to exchange at the Centerville location. I can't believe the owner told me I should go back to Troy to exchange even though it was further away. There are 2 locations in our area. You would think she cared about her customers. I wasn't asking for a refund. All makeup brands are happy to exchange receipt or not. Shame on you!!"
