Was told I wouldn’t be charged unless I used my massages that I had prepaid for and still continued to be charged $86 a month discreetly! The planet fitness of massage parlors. Asian massage parlors have more trustworthy customer service!"

"I went to the West Chester location on Doc Dr. It was my first time with Hand & Stone. I have been to other companies before so i had some experience . My massage therapist was Monica, I have to say she was great . She asked the right questions and was able to help me feel much better. She also noticed a few issues and made helpful suggestions that I intend to try. I would highly recommend that you ask for Monica !"

"I would give zero stars. I was grossly overcharged. I’ve made several calls emails and finally spoke to Paris 9 days ago after waiting 5 and she never called me back nor did she offer a refund after I requested it. It was my very first visit and I will NEVER return. They charged me 37% of the amount for a tip and said I should have paid more attention to the disclaimer on the screen that says there’s a service fee. However, the service fee is not 17%… the math did not math at all. Edit* after leaving this review and sending another contact me and completing a survey the regional manager, Jenna called me. She did give me a small refund but I believed I was due a full refund. She said she was not going to approve it and that she didn’t have a boss only a franchise owner that wouldn’t speak to me. She was professional and kind which is the ONLY good feedback I can provide."

"I visit the West Chester, OH Hand & Stone regularly for massages. Angel and Cole are my two favorite therapists for massages for my current needs. Both of them are wonderful with customer service and give great massages. I’ve tried several of the massage therapists at this location and they all give great massages with different techniques - it’s easy to find what you like with the variety of therapists. I haven’t had a bad massage here. The front desk people have been helpful and awesome every time I’ve been in too. It’s my favorite spa in the area bc they hire great people. Highly recommend!"
