"This is a hit or miss place as far as customer service. I've had really friendly and very helpful to pretentious and snippy. Last time I went in I encountered a dismissive person at the desk oblivious how to acknowledge customers. It is a tanning bed, not a luxury spa. I'll be going somewhere else, not that it matters."

"Came in town for my wedding and just wanted one single session to hold me over until my big day. Got there, gave all my info, answered all the questions and was halfway through filling out the form before I was told because it was my first time there I could only tan for 6 minutes. Completely pointless since I’m maxed out on the beds where I’m actually a member. Employee also said it was “legally” all she could let me do. Everyone who’s been a member at a different tanning salon knows that’s not true. Stupid rules, do not go here."

"Really like the Mystic machine, and the sun beds. The girls are also very nice, however it seems that almost every location i’ve been to lately, the spray machine is down, & a lot of the beds are outdated or the ac/fan doesn’t work in them anymore. Is also a bit pricey. I’ve found several other places charging nearly half the price for the same if not more services, as well as newer equipment, and I don’t have to pay for additives to spray. Never had a bad experience here with any of the employees, but issues with equipment, which wasn’t any of the girls fault."

"I come in to tan an they have only one bed working in my tan package (which was the highest package for years). so instead of offering a bed I the next package up , they just offer in the lower packages. I have been paying for the highest package for years and years . Until They recently added a higher package above the one I have , because they added "better beds" . But When you pay big bucks for over 7+ years, the employers at Palm Beach Tan should show their customers a little more appreciation. Why should the customers have only the option to go down in a bed quality when a bed in our package breaks down. Step it up Palm Beach an offer your customers something better to make up for the inconveniences ."
