"I pay for the monthly unlimited sprays. I went in for a spray before my grad pics and their cartridges and additives were out of stock, they remained out of stock until late June and never credited me. I froze my account with the promise I can reopen my account whenever they restocked their supply. When I went to reopen my account, they made me make an entirely new account and raised my price. Now instead of paying $40/month, I pay $62. I went in on a Friday, mid July, to spray before a photoshoot and they were out of stock AGAIN. I went in last Tuesday around 8, and they closed early and wouldn't let me spray despite their hours being open until 9pm. The price wouldn't be an issue if they learned how to stock their supply. If you're looking for a reliable tanning salon, this salon is not it."
