"Visited this location on 9-30-22 and purchased a purse. They were nice during the transaction. I used the bag at the airport today and the handles snapped off. They are glued on the bag and we’re not secure. I called on 10-1-22 and told them what happened. They only offered an exchange if I bring the bag back to Toledo! No one expects to spend $40 for a bag and have it break in hours. Avoid this shop!"
