You can tell they love their jobs and love their patients! Dr. Kuhlman clearly loves his craft and the consultation before the procedure is very thorough. He truly wants you to feel and look like a million bucks without breaking the bank. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great rewards program and special offers. He was genuine and told me things that I probably should have heard from my other doctors! He said the word "fibromyalgia" instead of hinting around it like it was a bad word! "Worst customer service I've experienced. I've called a couple of times and whoever I spoke to seemed annoyed to even answer questions and extremely snobby. When I tried to schedule an appointment I was told they "didn't have an availability anytime soon" then hung up on me. I was hoping to find something closer to me since I've been traveling to get my treatments done. I will continue to go out of state since my regular doctor's office at least has professionalism and respectful customer service skills. Too the comment below...yes it is the cosmetic med spa in lima I contacted."
