"Visiting Helzberg Diamonds is a wonderful experience, whether it is in person or online. But if you can, I recommend visiting in-person; the team at this Helzberg is absolutely amazing! They are kind and extremely helpful, and they walk that fine line between salesperson and helpful customer service with ease. The gentleman that took care of us gave us a tour of the entire store and pointed out all of the beautiful pieces and identifying very quickly what our favorites were. The prices were affordable and the sale prices were phenomenal. We walked in shopping for Mother's Day pieces for my Mommy and walked out with pieces for her, for me, and for my daughter! We were able to purchase all of these pieces for the price of one piece at the jewelry store across the street.
