"Today I had the worst customer service experience in my life here. Rude manager. Very unprofessional. I have been going here for four years now. Never had to return a thing, until yesterday because it was the wrong color. Then, when I got home I read online that the hair that I got tangles, sheds, and can only be installed once. So I took it back to get the hair that I normally get. Manager freaks out on me. He never even lets me explain that I want to exchange it for hair that was also the same price. The pack was unused and expensive. I didn't want my money back, but he ignores me, keeps yelling, and does a refund. I don't know how I didn't respond to him and kept my mouth shut. He did the return, I bought more merchandise and as he checked me out he told me to do not come back. Don't worry I have no intentions of returning. I have worked customer service before, so I know that some customers can piss you off and I understood how me exchanging something twice might look. But, I have been coming there for years. I have never once returned anything or stolen anything. I have brought my whole family there to buy your products. I not only buy things for myself from that store, but also for my mother and sister. The same rude, unprofessional manager that I encountered today once hugged me and we took a picture on his new phone. So to be treated like that this morning was shocking. Needless to say I will never be shopping there again."
